Ingredients to make Chinese Macaroni:
- Macaroni
- Carrot
- Capsicum
- Onion
- Cabbage
- Oil
*More veggies can be added as per taste
Preparation:
Take a vessel and fill half with water. When water starts to boil ad little oil and salt. Move spatula so that salt is mixed in water. Add Macaroni and let it cook on high flame (keep stirring in between). Check after 5 – 7 min, if macaroni is soft then strain it and wash it with cold water.
Now take a wok and add oil to it. When oil is hot add chopped garlic. After 30 sec, add onion and cook it for 1 min and then add capsicum, carrot. Sauté the same for 2 more min, add cabbage and sauté for 1 min.
Add salt, black pepper powder and mix it. Add soy sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce (red/green), ketchup and mix it well.
Now, add macaroni and mix it well.
READY TO BE SERVED.
